BAYCC and Pacifica Institute volunteers in Sacramento organized a sale of lunch boxes at ISRC (Islamic Society of Rancho Cordova) on Saturday, 18th of February, . Each lunch plate was priced at 25$, and 170 tickets were sold, the total collected amount reaching 5,100$. The raised amount from sales will be sent to people affected by earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. People coming out from prayers inquired about the situation in Turkey, and warm relations developed between communities.
